How long is a rental period?
Our rental periods are typically based on a weekend timeframe for the majority of our party rental items.Do we have to clean our china/flatware/linen/glassware/etc?
We kindly request that you handle our rental items with care, similar to your own possessions. Please remove any food debris or decorations by rinsing, cleaning, or shaking the items before returning them to their designated containers or racks.What if something breaks?
Accidents can occur. We ask that you return any damaged items to us. We'll assess the situation and determine if a replacement fee is necessary.What if I don't use some of my rental items?
Our rental fees are calculated based on the duration the items are away from our showroom, not the actual usage time. You'll be charged for all items included in your reservation, regardless of use.What is your cancellation policy?
While we strongly advise against cancellations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We evaluate each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.Do you offer delivery and is there a minimum order?
We do offer delivery, primarily during regular business hours. Fees are calculated based on mileage and specific drop-off location factors. There's no minimum rental order required.
Does the cost include setup/teardown?
We provide setup and teardown services for an additional fee. These are not included in the standard rental cost.What is needed to reserve items?
To confirm a reservation, we require a 25% deposit, a signed contract, and a credit card on file. Most equipment rentals involve some form of advance deposit, such as for cleaning or refueling. These deposits are refundable if items are returned in their original condition.Can I drop off afterhours?
For security reasons, we don't have a safe after-hours drop-off location. Returns must be made during our business hours to ensure the safety of the rental items. We do offer an after-hours pickup service for an additional fee if timely returns aren't possible.How far in advance should I reserve my items?
We recommend making reservations as early as possible. During our peak season (April-November), our inventory can be fully booked months in advance. If you're uncertain about quantities, it's advisable to reserve higher numbers initially and adjust closer to your event date. Reducing quantities is generally easier than adding items at the last minute.
